Caleb is a Sacramento native and has seen firsthand, the growth and development of the real estate market in our region. This has given him an in-depth understanding of the region’s demographics and growth areas. His distinct knowledge of the housing market and rental markets has been a key factor in his clients' success.
Caleb has been in the real estate services industry for over 17 years. He began his career in residential and expanded into commercial real estate with a focus on multifamily and net lease investments. His experience working for global commercial real estate and residential platforms has given him a unique perspective when working with his clients. He can guide them through the process of purchasing a home as well as assisting them with investment opportunities.
Caleb has acquired multiple properties for investment and has a background in project management. His knowledge brings a practical approach when advising his clients on strategies to purchase and navigating them through the negotiation process. His access to market data provides timely intellect on regional and national trends that assist clients in making informed decisions.

Nik is a California registered Realtor and Civil Engineer with 3 decades of experience working globally for fortune 500 engineering and software companies. His corporate background has provided him with the marketing and negotiation skills that are valued by real estate clients. Although, he uses his technical knowledge to be an effective and efficient problem solver, he get great satisfaction from providing value and personal attention to his customers. Nik understands the value that comes with home ownership. He has personally bought, sold and rehabilitated 7 residential and income properties in the US and overseas. He grew up in California and has lived in San Diego, the Bay Area, Barcelona Spain and currently he lives in Sacramento. Nik is fluent in Spanish, having spent over 10 years living in Spain throughout his life and career.
